Chef Sophie is a Baking & Pastry Arts diploma graduate, with highest honors from the Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. Her experience was rounded with a chef-curated culinary tour in the Normandy region of France.

We make every effort to locally source our produce and other products and use organic as much as possible. We are famous for our Red Bird Roasted chicken salad that we have been making for over a decade. Our soups and quiche are made on premises with only the freshest ingredients. And for dessert, we have a Red Bird daily special dessert.
